The explanation was clear and straightforward, without any ambiguity. I felt that the doctor was trustworthy and wasn’t just trying to sell me a service. During the procedure, the chief physician’s skills were very proficient; it was obvious that he was experienced. There was thorough communication before each step of the treatment, and the doctor constantly checked if I was experiencing any discomfort. The treatment was also adjusted according to my tolerance throughout the process, which showed great responsibility on their part. Overall, I am very satisfied and would like to try other treatments there next time.

Despite the language barrier, a translator stayed with us throughout the consultation, and the team was patient and attentive to all our questions. After deciding on our treatments, we were brought to a comfortable waiting room with coffee, then prepped with numbing cream before the procedure. The treatment itself was quick and efficient, with minimal discomfort (around 2/10 on the pain scale). Several nurses ensured I was comfortable the entire time.
