It felt like genuinely personalized care rather than the conveyor belt experience you can sometimes find at bigger clinics. The treatment itself was comfortable. The warmth of the radiofrequency energy was soothing rather than painful, and the doctor worked carefully and attentively throughout the whole session. Afterward, my skin felt noticeably firmer and more toned, with a healthy glow. There was minimal redness and basically no downtime, so I was able to go about the rest of my day without any issues. The English speaking staff made communication completely seamless, which as an international visitor was a huge bonus. Pricing was also transparent with no hidden fees, which I found very refreshing. My Korean is okay, getting better, but not there yet. I will definitely be coming back for follow up sessions. This was my first time getting a hydra facial and it was great! I loved getting to see all the dirt that came off of my face! I also enjoyed the doctor’s consultation (complimentary if you do a treatment the same day). He was able to give me advice for my skin needs!

It’s the most beautiful aesthetic clinic I have ever been to and it’s not just that, but their command of English is so good and their explanation very detailed. Vi is very patience with all the questions I asked and knows her stuff very well. Even before I start my treatment I know that I am in good hands just with the standard of their service. A lot of Korean staffs sometimes make u feel like they are smiling very frontally just for professionalism but Re:berry feels very personal despite how grand it look. I like that a lot! Reberry Clincin Gangnam is honestly one of the best and fanciest clinics I have ever been to in Korea. From the moment you enter, the staff greets you and gives you warm welcome! They have multilingual services too! After the skin analysis, I got to have one-to-one consultation with the doctor who was super fluent in English, very friendly and kept answering all of my questions in details! She recommended me a couple of treatments like ONDA, Potenza, Juberry! The senior doctor who was performing these treatments was literally the sweetest! He made sure I don’t feel any pain and did such a good job! All the rooms were super clean, well equipped and the best part was they even had different regions themed rooms like Japan, China, Arab, Europe :) + they also have a free photo booth and a K-beauty Plex Zone too! Highly highly recommended and will definitely go there again 😍💯
