During the initial consultation, the director used a mirror to show me my face and pointed out the features of my complexion, explaining why certain treatments might be suitable or not for me. They didn’t try to satisfy every request just to make a sale; instead, they truly focused on my specific facial needs when planning the treatment plan. The entire process was so reasonable and surprisingly effective that it felt more like solving a problem rather than just selling a service. The director’s skills were very professional; it was clear that they were experienced in this field. There was thorough communication before each step of the treatment, and they always asked if I was experiencing any discomfort. During the treatment, they also adjusted the procedures according to my tolerance, showing great responsibility. I am overall very satisfied, and if the results are good, I will definitely come back again.

The price is quite reasonable, the doctors are very gentle, and it\'s conveniently located near Exit 9 of Hongdae. I got Rejuran and will definitely come again.

It was a horrifying first experience at your clinic. I brought my mother along for her treatment and we were initially received with a warm and friendly welcome at the reception counter. After registration, we were guided to a consultation room to discuss the treatment plan. During the consultation, I clearly informed the consultant that I am allergic to painkillers and must not be given any painkiller injections as they cause severe swelling around my eyes. Despite this, when I was brought into the treatment room, I was administered two injections. About an hour later, I began experiencing a severe allergic reaction — my eyes became swollen and I could barely open them. I immediately informed the counter staff that I needed allergic medication or an injection to bring down the swelling. I was then brought to another room and placed on a drip for two hours. This incident not only caused me significant discomfort but also ruined my entire last day, which I had to spend at the clinic recovering from a reaction that could have been avoided. I hope the clinic will review its procedures and staff communication to ensure that such negligence does not happen to any other patient in the future.

Pleasant and helpful staff, not pushy at all. They were very upfront about pricing and even advised us to consider doing lesser shots as we shared that our pain tolerance was very low. Both consultant and Chinese translator were professional and friendly, answering all the questions that we have patiently. They have very clear SOP and communication, ensuring that the staff who handles us from one treatment to the next is clear. They made sure that we saw the number of shots on the machine as well as opened the red box for rejuran HB plus in front of me before the treatment started. There was minimum communication with the 2 doctors who did my thermage, ulthera and rejuran as they were not able to communicate fluently in English/chinese but they were professional, fast and skilful throughout all the treatments. The only thing is they forgot to remove the patch on my back that was used for thermage but that was something that was easily resolved on our own. Enjoyed our experience here and will be back!
