I went for facial laser hair removal. The laser is so ineffective. I had some hair left unshaved prior to the session. The nurse didn't confirm that all hair is shaved. She did the session and it was a very light power though I informed them that i have done over 10 sessions before. Now after the laser session, i am checking my face. I can see that the areas whom i instructed her to shave still have hair and the hair is visible, cannot be plucked, and indifferent same as it was prior to the laser session. I am frustrated and dissatisfied! I went with 1 request to do laser for my face and after the session i still have hair on my face; not shaved and not treated with laser! I waited from 10:30 am till 12:00 to have this done! I am very disappointed. Total waste of money and time!

During the treatment, they also adjusted the procedures according to my tolerance, showing great responsibility. I am overall very satisfied, and if the results are good, I will definitely come back again.

Feel conflicted about my experience. I went to get a skin analysis and consultation, they suggested a laser treatment, which I did, but I had to ask multiple times about aftercare, expecting some clear instructions that I didn't really get. In the end, while waiting for the numbing cream to kick in I looked up on some blog posts. I also asked about under eye serums - we're in the home of amazing skincare, I was expecting a dermatologist to give me some good guidance on what to use, I was told to get filler and that nothing would really work to help my under eyes other than filler. I'm disappointed, I was excited to learn about my skin and what skincare I should use and I really didn't get any advice.

It was a horrifying first experience at your clinic. I brought my mother along for her treatment and we were initially received with a warm and friendly welcome at the reception counter. After registration, we were guided to a consultation room to discuss the treatment plan. During the consultation, I clearly informed the consultant that I am allergic to painkillers and must not be given any painkiller injections as they cause severe swelling around my eyes. Despite this, when I was brought into the treatment room, I was administered two injections. About an hour later, I began experiencing a severe allergic reaction — my eyes became swollen and I could barely open them. I immediately informed the counter staff that I needed allergic medication or an injection to bring down the swelling. I was then brought to another room and placed on a drip for two hours. This incident not only caused me significant discomfort but also ruined my entire last day, which I had to spend at the clinic recovering from a reaction that could have been avoided. I hope the clinic will review its procedures and staff communication to ensure that such negligence does not happen to any other patient in the future.

Pleasant and helpful staff, not pushy at all. They were very upfront about pricing and even advised us to consider doing lesser shots as we shared that our pain tolerance was very low. Both consultant and Chinese translator were professional and friendly, answering all the questions that we have patiently. They have very clear SOP and communication, ensuring that the staff who handles us from one treatment to the next is clear. They made sure that we saw the number of shots on the machine as well as opened the red box for rejuran HB plus in front of me before the treatment started. There was minimum communication with the 2 doctors who did my thermage, ulthera and rejuran as they were not able to communicate fluently in English/chinese but they were professional, fast and skilful throughout all the treatments. The only thing is they forgot to remove the patch on my back that was used for thermage but that was something that was easily resolved on our own. Enjoyed our experience here and will be back!
