I found this clinic on Threads while doing my research. When I made the appointment, the staff patiently answered my questions and scheduled a time (they used Traditional Chinese, which was very thoughtful). When I arrived at the clinic on December 20th, there were many people waiting. During my consultation with the dermatologist, she seemed a bit rushed, and her explanations were somewhat hurried. However, having a Chinese-speaking staff member by my side made me feel much more at ease. When discussing the procedures and prices with the consultant, that staff member also helped with translation; I'm very grateful to her! Throughout the treatment, a beautician was also present. When removing the Rejuvenate and Phoenix radiofrequency probes, they would double-check with me. Overall, it was a good experience, but it felt a bit rushed, perhaps because there were many customers?
