I booked a treatment at the ABA Hair Apegyeong Rodeo branch and just got back. During the consultation, the doctor wasn’t perfunctory nor did they blindly go along with whatever I wanted. When I mentioned the treatments I was interested in, they carefully analyzed my facial features and told me which ones would be suitable and which ones were actually unnecessary. Their explanations were easy to understand—no jargon that left me confused. Throughout the procedure, the doctor remained highly focused, constantly observing my reactions to adjust their techniques. They would let me know in advance what to expect at each step so I could prepare mentally. The overall pace was well-managed. It took a while before we started because someone else was having a treatment first, which is understandable. Overall, the experience was great, and the staff were very responsible.

I came for a root touch-up, and the color turned out so beautifully. I was worried about hair damage since I got a straightening perm recently, but I am so satisfied because you took such meticulous care of that part!! I also really love the natural C-curl from the blow-drying.😍
