I just finished my procedure at Jiangnan Bright Smile Eye BalGeunSeSang EYE, and I’d like to share my real experience. During the initial consultation, the director used a mirror to let me see my face, pointed out my facial features with her fingers, and explained why certain procedures work well for some people but not others. She wasn’t willing to agree to anything just to close a deal; instead, she truly tailored a plan based on my specific facial needs. Throughout the procedure, the doctor remained highly focused, constantly observing my reactions to adjust her techniques as needed. She would inform me in advance about what to expect at each step, so I could be prepared. The whole process was well-paced. Afterward, I was quite satisfied—the results were even better than I had hoped.

Doctor Moon was very good and I felt the effects almost immediately after surgery. We had a lovely translator guiding us through the process.

I did SMILE vision correction surgery last year, and honestly it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Just one day after the surgery, my eyesight had already reached 1.0, and after one month, my vision improved further to 1.5. I was really amazed and happy with the results. Before the surgery, the doctors and staff were very professional, patient, and friendly. They carefully checked my eyes and made sure SMILE vision correction was truly suitable for me instead of just recommending surgery immediately. That made me feel very reassured and comfortable throughout the whole process. The surgery itself was fast and much smoother than I expected, and the recovery was also quicker than I imagined. Now I can enjoy daily life without glasses or contact lenses, and it honestly feels so freeing. Thank you to all the doctors and staff for the excellent care and wonderful experience. Even though I wasn’t able to make an appointment in advance, I came in to the clinic at the opening time and was seen by a doctor within less than 30mins. The consultation was very affordable (the clinic takes Korean National Health Insurance - if you don’t have it, the price would be a bit higher but still ok). My symptoms were not severe so consultation was very quick and I was prescribed medication that I bought in a pharmacy next door. Very convenient and stress-free visit. The experience with gangnam bright smile eye clinic was amazing. WhatsApp them to make appointment for my 4 years old child with red eye. They immediately took my request to visit them the same day. They even gave me a picture of their building so that we could find the clinic easily. And it helped! Upon arrival, we were assisted by an English speaker staff named adeline. She was very helpful and spoke very well English. While the doctor examined my child's eye, she was there to translate everything. It was such a pleasant experience for us and felt taken care of. Highly recommended this clinic for young child if you ever need one for any eye issue. Thank you once again!
