I’ve always had skin issues, and I tried various treatments back home with mixed results. During the in-person consultation, the doctor listed all my skin problems one by one and explained the priority for each, telling me which ones should be addressed first. The approach was very clear. Before starting the treatment, the doctor carefully reviewed my skin test reports—it was absolutely worth it and a real surprise. Then he marked areas on my face. Although the whole process took some time, every step was precise. There was no noticeable redness or swelling after the treatment, which shows just how skilled his techniques are. I’m generally satisfied and would like to try other treatments next time. As I relaxed later on, he even joked, “It doesn’t hurt now, does it?” The atmosphere was really relaxed.

Jayme helped me through every step and ensured that I'd always know where to go and which clinic was best for my concerns. Thanks to the translators, communication was always possible. Also spontaneous procedures where taken care of in time and always handled very professional. We came from Canada for a medical check up and some cosmetic procedures. Our coordinator was Jayme and she is absolutely top notch expert in the medical field. She is smart, kind and professional. She matched us with outstanding first class Korean doctors and experts in their field, made sure we get to appointments and arranged everything for us. I had a great experience with Medical Avenue for my eye surgery. They handled all the logistics: choosing the right clinic, setting up appointments, coming along to interpret, and scheduling follow-ups. They also made sure I had all the paperwork I needed for back home. Communicating is super easy through WhatsApp or the app, and my coordinator Jayme always answers quickly whenever I have questions. I had used the agency before for a health check and related follow-up appointments, and the service was just as great then. If I come back for anything medical in the future, I’ll definitely use them again.

I want to take a moment to thank Jayme for her amazing help during my trip. As a tourist, I got sick, when I reached out to her team on WhatsApp about a stomach issue, Jayme responded quickly, even though it wasn't part of her usual services! Jayme guided me to the nearest hospital for international tourists and coordinated with my driver while I was in great pain. I wouldnt know how to do how this without her, she keep track on me and informed the hospital ahead for me. Her professionalism , fluent English, and clear communication made a difficult situation much easier to handle.
