Arskin Dermatology

I took the opportunity of my business trip to visit Arskin’s Dermatology clinic for a treatment, so I wanted to share my experience here. During the consultation, I raised several requests, but the doctor didn’t agree to all of them. There was one treatment I really wanted to try, but after assessing my condition, the doctor said it wasn’t the right time for it and suggested I come back in a couple of months when the results would be better. It was clear that they were truly considering things from my perspective. Throughout the procedure, the doctor would explain what each tool was used for, helping me stay informed about what to expect next. Once I frowned slightly, the doctor immediately stopped and asked if I was uncomfortable — quite thoughtful of them. There was free Wi-Fi available, so I spent some time browsing REDnote while waiting. Overall, the experience was excellent, with the staff being highly professional and patient.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Dr Hong is friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain each treatment patiently and thoroughly. He provides recommendations based on individual needs. The consultants are warm, welcoming, and helpful. The clinic has both English- and Chinese-speaking consultants, making communication easy and comfortable. The clinic environment is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with private treatment rooms that provide added comfort and privacy.

I have a very pleasant experience today here with Arskin. They are very helpful and friendly. They have guided me very well and solved all my concerns. The ambiance is relaxing no pressure at all. I hope to come here again when I’m in Korea again!

The clinic is very clean, modern, and conveniently located. It’s not too far from the train station and was very easy to find. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. I really appreciated that the consultation was done in English, which made communication much easier and more comfortable for me. Location is easy to find, just one min walk for the station. They have translator during all the services, and I really like the translator - big shoutout to her as she helped a lot on communications as I had so many questions. And Doctor Hong is really nice and friendly in communications, he also gave me a lot of support as he knew I was a bit nervous.

It was my first time getting procedures done so I was really nervous but I’m really content with the staff, service and treatments. They made sure to check on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and explained the procedures in detail so you weren’t going in blind sighted. Highly recommend!

From Gimpo Airport Station (김포공항역), take Subway Line 9 → Get off at Hapjeong Station (합정역) or Hongik University Station (홍대입구역) and walk for about 5 minutes. Isn\'t it very close?

The Arskin clinic did an exceptional job with a consultation and treatments. The team was professional and attentive to make the experience enjoyable. Gayoung spoke English very well and walked me through treatments making me feel comfortable with the care provided. Post care instructions were clearly provided and helpful. From start to finish I felt I was in good hands!

Dr Hong is fantastic, and super friendly, Pong was very patient wjth her consult, she listened to our request and customize plan for us. GaYoung is speaks English very well.

This was such a great experience! The staff were so accommodating and really listened to my concerns, and were so lovely. They were straight up with all the charges and had a Korean to English translator. Will definitely visit again!
