I was actually quite hesitant before going, worried that I’d waste money if the experience wasn’t good. But as soon as I entered, I realized my worries were unfounded. The receptionist brought me a cup of hot tea, and the clinic director greeted me warmly—creating a very relaxed atmosphere that helped me calm down. After consulting with them, I found that their process is very transparent, with the doctors explaining everything clearly. Having a clear understanding made me feel less anxious. Throughout the procedure, the doctor remained highly focused, constantly observing my reactions to adjust his techniques. They would let me know in advance what to expect at each step, so I could prepare mentally. The overall pace was well-managed. While waiting, I saw many photos on the wall of the director and Korean celebrities together, which gave me the impression that their skills must be excellent. Overall, I’m satisfied and plan to try other treatments next time.
