Instead, they slowed down their speech and had the Chinese-speaking supervisor translate sentence by sentence to ensure I understood before moving on. There were no communication barriers at all. The whole process was well-paced—neither too fast nor too slow. The doctor was able to accurately identify which areas of my skin were sensitive, and when treating those areas, they used gentle, slower techniques. After having the entire face treated, I felt like I was truly taking care of me. The whole experience was very pleasant, without any pressure to buy anything. I felt much more at ease after it was over.
