I’d been hearing great recommendations from friends for a long time, and finally I made it to Youth Hospital. As soon as I stepped in, I was impressed by how clean and bright it was, with a very modern design. The receptionists were extremely friendly—they offered me a glass of water and asked me to sit while I waited. My overall first impression was excellent. Before starting the procedure, the doctor explained to me roughly how long it would take and what I could expect throughout, helping me prepare mentally. It was super transparent. I really liked that they kept checking in with me every now and then, letting me know how much time was left, which helped keep me from getting anxious. After the treatment, I found a convenience store right downstairs, where I bought a bottle of water to recharge. After going through the whole process, I have to say this clinic truly pays attention to the details. From reception and treatment to post-procedure follow-up, every step was handled very professionally.
