After doing some research, I found that the process here is extremely transparent; the doctor explained everything in detail. Once I understood what to expect, my nerves subsided. Throughout the whole experience, communication was clear and straightforward—the doctor outlined each option clearly without treating me as a last-minute client. During the treatment, he kept an eye on my facial expressions; whenever I frowned, he would ask if it hurt and adjust accordingly before continuing. As I relaxed later on, he even joked, “It doesn’t hurt now, does it?” The atmosphere was very relaxed. By the time I was done, it was already dark, but the sign at the entrance was very noticeable, making it easy to find my way back. I still need to wait and see the results, but the service and overall process were excellent.
