I finally made a trip to Planner Plastic Surgery Hospital and had a few procedures done—here’s my experience. During the consultation, I mentioned quite a few requests, but the doctor didn’t agree to all of them. There was one procedure I wanted to have done, but after examining my condition, the doctor said it wasn’t the right time for it and suggested I come back in a couple of months when the results would be better. It was clear they were truly considering things from my perspective. The doctor took photos before and after the procedures and showed me the before-and-after comparison so I could see the changes firsthand. They also explained the proper aftercare steps and wrote down exactly which products to use at different times—very responsible of them. The waiting area in the hospital had sofas and K-pop music playing, creating a pretty relaxed atmosphere. There were no issues throughout the process, and I felt really confident after it was done.

The staff who does the english consultation was super nice! the place is super clean and the doctor spent quite a good amount of time discussing what i wanted (lip fillers) and mapping it out on my lips! They're very transparent with options they can offer and their prices

This was my first time visiting Planner plastic surgery clinic and I had an excellent experience. I received milia extractions and it was such a quick and painless process. They scheduled me quickly and customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely return to this clinic in the future!

I did a ton of research before getting my under-eye fat repositioning surgery because I was most worried that I’d end up needing a revision later. 😭 After having the surgery with the head surgeon here, I didn’t experience any of the things I was so concerned about, like changes in my eye shape or conjunctival swelling. The puffiness under my eyes, which had been a huge source of stress, is completely gone! The recovery was also much faster than I expected. If you’re someone who’s been hesitating and worrying like I was, I definitely recommend it! 😊✨

Planner Plastic Surgery is convenient. I got my double eyelid surgery here and it went great!!! I highly recommend it!!!!! The staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait.

Because it's a plastic surgery hospital located on Gangnam Main Street, it's both clean and luxurious, creating an atmosphere that girls love. ✅A beauty hub for locals ✅Authentic products at the same prices as in Korea and China ✅Performed by a dermatologist/plastic surgeon The consultation room manager and the doctor were both very professional, friendly, and responsible; It's not an assembly line clinic, I'm very satisfied.

I made a reservation for a procedure through an app. When they called, instead of asking my preferred date, they insisted on knowing my name and nationality. As soon as I told them my nationality they said they wouldn't proceed without an interpreter, which is completely absurd. I speak Korean fluently and have had procedures done before without any issues. This discriminatory behavior as it is unacceptable. If you ever think of getting a procedure done here, think twice because they will ask you twice the price of the procedure. Which I could give them 0 stars 😊

The interior itself is clean and bright, a perfect atmosphere for a plastic surgery clinic located on a Gangnam main street. However, perhaps because they host a lot of events, even if you make a reservation, you have to wait a long time. They should have given you a clear closing time, but they didn't seem to care about that either, so I don't plan on going back.
