I went to NB Hospital in Cheongdam over the weekend to get all the treatments I wanted and would like to share my experience. What made the consultation so pleasant was that the doctor didn’t just dismiss me because I wasn’t good at speaking Korean. Instead, he slowed down his speech and had the Chinese-speaking supervisor translate everything sentence by sentence to ensure I understood before moving on. There were no communication barriers at all. Before starting the procedures, the doctor carefully reviewed my skin test report and marked areas on my face. I highly recommend this place—although the whole process took some time, every step was done with precision. There was no noticeable redness or swelling after the treatment, showing just how skilled the professionals are. Afterward, the supervisor helped me call a taxi and even told the driver the destination, so I didn’t have to handle that myself. Overall, I’m glad I chose this clinic. From the initial consultation, through the actual treatments, to the aftercare, every aspect was handled excellently.

Never use collagen touch to alleviate dark circles. It creates uneven, hollow under-eye wrinkles, doesn't improve dark circles, and is a total disaster. Never do it.
