I had an amazing experience at EU:GENES CLINIC! I received the ONDA and LDM treatments, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable the entire time. The treatment itself was completely painless, and I didn't experience any discomfort at all. The clinic has a clean, relaxing atmosphere, and you can really tell they care about their patients. I was initially interested in this clinic because we share the same name. Yes, very silly reason but then I found two treatments that they offered that is rare to find in Korea- NAD+iv and dark circle injection. The consultant was super sweet and guided me through my options and all the clinic has to offer. I’m very scared to get filler in the under eye area but I wanted a treatment to help with my dark circles. They have a low-risk, low-downtime brightening injection. I received both treatments with little waiting time. The clinic is bright and clean, and the staff is nice and foreigner friendly.

I really liked Eugenes Clinic. My friends recommended it, so I decided to visit. I wanted a rounder baby-face look, so I got cheek filler and filler between my eyebrows. The staff were professional and friendly. 10/10 — I’ll come again!

I had an excellent experience at Eugene’s Clinic in Seoul and would highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable. One of the standout aspects of this clinic is their strong English communication. As an international patient, this made a huge difference — everything was explained clearly, from the consultation to the procedure and aftercare, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.

A group of us came for liquid IV therapy on the first day of our vacation. One person in the clinic did speak English and walked us through our options, we all got a different IV’s and began treatment. All of the nurses came in with NO GLOVES to begin our IV’s and had metal trays with no disposable covers and open IV needles out on them. I did not see them open sanitized covers for the IV needles! I had to ask if they were new and they said “yes yes new”. They also leave you laying down flat on a plastic bed with no pillow. Like why aren’t I sitting up for this?! One of our IV’s was $30 and the other was $200 with no clear reasoning! One girl in our group had to have her IV inserted 4 times before it finally went in correctly and many nurses came in and out running from our room without any explanation and she has a massive swollen bruise from it. Another one of our IV’s had blood in it and the nurse gasped loudly and ran in when she saw it. Are these real nurses? Guys run away from this place, it’s scary unprofessional.

First time coming here for a non-invasive facial treatment. I got Lhala Peel and O2toDerm. Staff was really kind also.

Everyone was very professional and informative. The doctor examined my face thoroughly to discuss in detail what I need. I would definitely recommend coming here. I got the treatment Onda and I could see the tightening effect right away

I really enjoyed my service. As a foreigner, they are so accommodating and provided me with an interpreter, TN, who is so nice!! The nurses and the doctor were all so pleasant. I had ultherapy done and it was not painful at all (I opted for IV pain relief in addition to numbing cream). As for pricing, they do monthly specials and are transparent with their prices. The price is reasonable if you want good, quality service. I’m happy with their service and will come back again when I’m in Korea.
