I recently had double jaw surgery at EU Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery with Dr. Kim and had a very positive experience. During my consultation, Dr. Kim took the time to listen to my concerns, asked what kind of results I wanted, and clearly explained the surgical plan step by step, which made me feel very comfortable and confident moving forward. The staff and nurses were also extremely kind and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of before and after surgery. Monica was especially helpful throughout the entire process—she translated for me, helped me understand everything, and made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. I’m still in the recovery process, but so far I’m very happy and grateful that I chose Dr. Kim and the EU team for this procedure. This is a huge surgery and everyone will definitely feel nervous especially surgery day itself - however I was so assured throughout the process as Sheila was very detailed in her explanation for me that gives me assurance as I don’t speak Korean.
