I loved The Sinsa Clinic and Dr. Hannah Wang and her entire team. They made me feel special, took their time to explain every treatment, never pushed anything that I did not need. The clinic is beautiful, calming and is in an ideal location. I will be coming back and doing some followup treatments as well. Dr. Wang is highly educated, speaks perfect English as does several members of her team and they spent so much time answering all my questions. I loved this place. The Sinsa staff is so welcoming and professional. From the moment I walked in I could tell that I would get top notch experience. I had a consultation that I hoped for- thorough, reassured and with an expert opinion from a dermatologist. I got recommendations and my questions answered from a doctor not from a manager or sales person. There was no pressure and when we talked about cost of services they got a translator over the phone. I felt heard and did not feel rushed or pressured. Just honest treatment plan to address all my concerns. I felt very comfortable and am excited to see the finally results. Also, they give you prophylactic prescriptions and certification with authenticity of the product that is used. No off label Botox, fillers or other injectables unless you want them. I was offered Botox, xeomin and a national neurotoxin. All different pricing but loved the transparency. Thank you for making me feel comfortable, safe and beautiful.

Had my first ever Korean beauty clinic experience here. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist, translator, nurses, and Dr. Jung Hyun Bang made me feel so welcomed and cared for. Everyone was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process.. Dr. Bang spoke perfect English, which really helped put me at ease and I felt genuinely listened to, and the whole experience felt very personal and professional. I did end up going a bit over my budget, but If you're looking for a treatment that’s not only long-lasting but also tailored specifically to you, I highly recommend this place. It’s a clinic where you’ll feel both seen and cared for.
