Previously underwent hyaluronic acid (HA) buttock augmentation; the filler was removed two years ago. The patient now feels the shape is poor and the buttocks appear flat. HA was previously injected; residual foreign material and tissue adhesions from the 2-year-old removal will be addressed intra-operatively. The patient was informed that no one has perfectly symmetrical buttocks—native gluteal folds and contours differ—so placing different-sized implants will still leave some asymmetry, just as with breast surgery. If post-op volume discrepancy bothers her, fat grafting can be used later after weight gain for fine-tuning. I went to get a general check up and to get my teeth cleaned and I was assisted very well with the nurses and Dr. Koo. Also planing on getting my teeth whitening done there next time. Would definitely recommend to English speaking people since the Dr. spoke well. Apparently he is from Brazil and speaks 4 languages as well.
