On-site Chinese support ensured seamless communication. The skincare menu is highly specialized, with a strong focus on acne—exactly what I came for. I had acne and pitted-scar work done, overseen by the director who specializes in this area. I’m already booked for my next visit.

My consultations are conducted alternately by two directors, and when presenting the treatment plan, the director opens a Chinese document and explains each item line by line—this is excellent and significantly lowers the cognitive load. Communication is also very smooth.

There’s no Onda in the clinic, which initially surprised me, but the director explained it very clearly: he personally prefers devices that offer longer-lasting results and place less burden on the skin, rather than chasing short-term changes. Throughout the consultation, the doctor kept focusing on: “How long will this treatment last, is it suitable for the current skin condition, and is it worth doing now?”

I came to Seoul for a trip and squeezed in some skincare. I chose Dear.L because all three directors are board-certified dermatologists—part of Korea’s top 2% who actually specialized in derm. My face was only a little flushed right after; by the next day I could go sightseeing with zero downtime. The price was lower than the other clinics I’d asked, yet the results didn’t feel discounted at all. For me it’s the sweet spot of “real dermatologist + no premium markup”—great value.

I went to Deer Beauty Dermatology for their acne + repair program. Honestly, I chose them because all three directors are board-certified dermatologists—only about 2% of Korean doctors hold that qualification. You can really feel how precisely they read skin reactions; my skin used to break out repeatedly and previous treatments often left dark spots, but this time the redness calmed by day three and no new pimples popped up. The doctor was straightforward, no upselling, adjusting the plan step by step. Overall: professional and trustworthy.

The hospital environment is high-end and elegant, with attentive service. The dean recommended a suitable treatment plan for my pigmentation issue and provided professional answers.

As a medical facility, you should prioritize patient care—not mock clients’ nationality. No patient deserves such disrespect. You’re profiting from Chinese clients while treating them with contempt. ！！！To Chinese travelers！！！Support clinics that value your dignity. To the clinic: Apologize, retrain staff, and adjust your discriminatory practices.
