This was my first Rejuvenate treatment. The doctor was very professional overall, explaining everything carefully based on my skin condition. The treatment itself was more comfortable than I expected, but the price was higher than usual! The translation service was excellent and very professional. They were attentive and patient throughout the communication, which made me feel very at ease. Both the consultation and the explanations during the treatment were translated very well.

Dr. Li was very professional during the preoperative consultation, and his explanations were very detailed. The environment was neat and comfortable, and the Chinese translator was very helpful. Overall, I had a very good experience.

The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a name for a condition I struggled with (that I was unaware had a name) Before my first procedure they warned that my hair was very thick and may take more than the standard 5 sessions, but even after those 5 sessions I've had tremendous results. My hair is significantly thinner, lighter and less abundant, in fact I don't even have to shave and you can't tell unless you are looking very hard. I went ahead and paid for an additional 5 sessions due to the affordable price. Staff speaks minimal English but enough to get by.
