I was very impressed with my experience at Sharp. They were patient and supportive and took their time consulting with me and did not rush me when deciding or pressure for extra treatments. Dr Woon-hoe Kim was very friendly and helped me feel at ease. He was very capable, as were all the staff. My results are still emerging as it is early days, but I am pleased so far. A big thank you to my translator Eya. She was a friend and emotional support and understood that I was very nervous but helped reassure me every step of the way. She was so kind and patient and supportive and waited with me the whole time :)

This is my fourth visit to Dr. Kim. I had liposuction, so I had a consultation at the Tokyo consultation event. The reason I chose Dr. Kim is because... He's very kind. And, perhaps because he's skilled, the downtime was minimal. There's an interpreter, so I didn't feel any language barrier. The head of the department is also very kind. I've had the experience of quitting another clinic because the head of the department was scary, so compatibility with the head of the department is important. This time, I received an Olive Young gift card! I immediately went shopping. I look forward to seeing you again the next time I visit Korea.

I had the impression that Koreans are very pushy, but that wasn't the case at all. It looks like there will still be a lot of downtime, but I'm slowly getting closer to my ideal face, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it progresses! I was relieved to find that the treatment I was told about before traveling was exactly the same as what I heard when I actually went. I had the money ready in advance, so I didn't have to worry. The lockers and washrooms are also very cute, which really lifted my spirits! The director was also very friendly, which made me feel at ease and helped me to relax despite my nervousness. I feel like I can have the treatment without any discomfort or anxiety whatsoever. I would like to request your services again when I visit Korea! I had my eye revision surgery done by Dr. Kim, the representative director. I was previously unsatisfied with a revision at another clinic in Korea, but this hospital was recommended by a friend. I found their mini-program, asked many questions there, and the customer service was very attentive, so I booked an appointment and went last month. Now that I think of leaving a review, I’m very satisfied with this revision—it’s just hard to find much information about them on Xiaohongshu.
