I had a very good experience while getting incisional doubled eyelid surgery as a foreigner at 1mm Plastic Surgery Clinic. First of all, it was helpful that they had a translator upon request for foreigner clients. She helped explain everything I needed to know and answered all the questions I had. The consultation was very detailed and they really do their best to fit your goals while also making sure the line you want will look good on your face. The surgery and stitch removal was also quick and rather painless. I appreciated that on the day I was going to get my stitches out, the consultant and surgeon (Dr. Do Eonrok) both took a very close look at my results not only in person but also on photos to make sure they were perfect and symmetrical. They were both very picky with the details so I felt confident that the results came out well. During my whole experience I felt supported, taken care of, and confident that this was the right clinic for me.

I highly recommend this clinic, especially for international patients. I had a blepharoplasty on July 8th, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I could have hoped for. It was my very first cosmetic procedure, so I was naturally a little nervous, but the entire process exceeded my expectations. Nimji was absolutely amazing. She was there to support and guide me every step of the way, making sure I felt comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout the whole experience. She also speaks excellent English, which made communication effortless and gave me so much peace of mind as an international patient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone considering cosmetic surgery in Korea.

I had double eyelid surgery with mild ptosis correction performed by Dr. Do in 2023, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. Right after the surgery, I told him that my eyes felt different and that I was having difficulty opening one eye. He told me it was due to swelling and that it would improve with time. I returned for a follow-up appointment on day 6, as I was scheduled to return to my home country on day 7. To my horror, he told me to prepare for revision surgery because he had also noticed the significant difference in the size and appearance of my eyes. I thought the issue could be corrected, but it has now been three years, and I still find it difficult to fully open my right eye—something I never experienced before the surgery. I do not recommend visiting this clinic. Their sales staff pressured me to make a decision on the spot and repeatedly emphasized that the doctor was very busy and had limited availability. My advice is to attend consultations with several clinics before making a decision. The surgeon who performed my eyelid surgery came across as impatient, arrogant, and overly confident, yet the outcome left me with lasting problems and asymmetrical eyelids.

Booking a real 1:1 appointment is honestly really hard because their schedules fill up super fast. Dr. Do, is a very famous eye specialist in Korea, especially known for fixing failed or difficult eyelid surgeries, so I had to push my trip to Korea back by 3 weeks just to get surgery with him. Finding a truly skilled doctor in Korea is already tough, but getting a time that actually fits your schedule is a whole other problem lol. Getting surgery from a top doctor is seriously not easy hahaha

Among countless gangnam plastic surgery clinics, this place is the real deal! The building is large and clean, making for a great first impression. Many reviews mentioned a long wait time, but the staff continuously checked the progress and took care of me, so I waited without any discomfort. Thanks to the consultation manager perfectly understanding my concerns during the initial talk, communication with the head surgeon went seamlessly. The surgeon might seem a bit cynical, but his immense confidence in the surgery actually made me feel secure. It's a conscientious place that never recommends excessive surgeries and only suggests the essential procedures suitable for my face. Even though it's a popular clinic with tight schedules, I'm really grateful they did their best to match my preferred date.

It’s a famous clinic through word-of-mouth among Koreans, which explains why the ratio of local Korean patients in the waiting room was so high. I saw a few foreigners occasionally, but it gave me more confidence knowing it’s recognized by locals. Since it's known as a top-tier gangnam plastic surgery clinic, I braced myself for a long wait, but it was very manageable, and the staff's kind responses made me feel comfortable. The head surgeon's personality is very straightforward; he doesn't beat around the bush and points out exactly what's needed. I loved that there was absolutely no pressure for excessive procedures, and he left the final choice entirely up to me after suggesting several directions. The facility is also very clean, occupying multiple floors.

I came here with a friend last year for lip fillers and was very satisfied, so I came back again this year. The staff and the doctor are all very kind. Highly recommend!

I specially traveled from the Philippines to Korea for this surgery. It has now been two months since the procedure, and the shape has recovered beautifully. i got incisional double eyelid surgery with Dr Hong Jin kim and I am very satisfied with the results. I worked either Kim Minji and Lee Ahrin during the whole process and they made feel super comfortable and I trusted them throughout the whole process. Translating takes time and both of them took their time and didnt make us feel rushed at all. I really appreciate their time and effort! I literally felt like they were my sisters at the end of the process.

It’s been about a week since I had my eye surgery at 1mm. I had both double eyelid surgery and under eye correction done. I’ll have to wait a bit longer for the swelling to go down, but people around me are already saying the creases look really pretty. I’m so happy that my eye bags, which I’d been concerned about for years, are finally gone. I just hope it doesn’t get worse again later. I kind of regret not getting a skin booster at the same time, but I’ll probably get it when I go back for my follow-up.
