I visited View Clinic for a consultation, and the experience was excellent. My surgery with Dr. Kim Jeong Min is scheduled for tomorrow, and the staff has been incredibly attentive, caring, and professional. They explained everything in detail, answered all questions patiently, and helped me feel calm and positive. A special thank you to our translator Lisa for her competence, kindness, and genuine support. She made the whole process smooth and comfortable. So far, everything has been wonderful, and I feel very confident going into the surgery.

I recently got some work done at View Plastic Surgery. The hospital is pretty new, clean, and equipped with modern tools. The doctor was very skilled. I used a Thai interpreter and the staff most of them were very friendly and attentive. I had double eyelid surgery, brow lift, and fat face graft and i think the doctor did an amazing job. Before the surgery, he took time to talk with me and understand the look I wanted. The operation went smoothly, and I followed all the aftercare instructions. Once the stitches were removed which was after 2 weeks, the incision looked pretty good but there was still a small bump along the scar, but I’m hopeful it will smooth out within six months as the doctor mentioned. My experience would have been perfect if the hospital had been more clear about the pricing and avoided the hard-sell approach, which can make patients feel a bit uncomfortable before deciding on any procedure. Up until today, I still haven’t received an official receipt showing the price of each service. Fixing that would make the whole experience even better. Still, I’m giving them 5 stars because of the doctor’s great work

The clinic impresses with its modern, multi‑floor facility and clearly prioritises safety, boasting university‑hospital‑level equipment and multilingual support for foreign patients. (kosmedi) Staff were professional and the after‑care programme felt comprehensive. That said, as with many large clinics, consultations felt a bit rushed and I sensed the high volume of clients might affect personalised attention. As one patient noted: Big hospital = many docs, lots of requests, rushy style… I just didn’t feel comfortable. Overall, if you’re comfortable with a premium clinic and do your research thoroughly, View is a strong option—but make sure you ask detailed questions and set clear expectations in your consultation.

On surgery day, I felt no pain — I just slept and woke up with the procedure done. The wound looked neat, the swelling wasn’t as bad as I expected, and recovery was fast. On day 7, I returned to get the stitches removed — the doctor checked everything thoroughly and gave great aftercare advice. Now my eyes look much brighter and finally symmetrical — I had muscle weakness and uneven eyelids before. Totally worth flying to Korea for this experience! If you’re hesitating, let me tell you: This place is the absolute best for eyelid surgery!
